1 ON 1 CROSSFIT FOUNDATIONS

This program is for individuals that want to ramp up into our fast paced open CrossFit classes. We realize everyone is busy so we built this course to work around your schedule. Our 1 on 1 Foundations Course is three 1 hour sessions scheduled at your convenience with one of our certified CrossFit coaches. It is designed to teach you the basic movements of CrossFit and to assess your capabilities along with your limitations so that we can effectively transition you into our ongoing group classes.

STRENGTH BASICS PROGRAM
Strength Basics was created and designed for anyone needing flexibility in their training due to a demanding schedule, heavy workload or tight budget. Our programming is delivered right to your smart phone, computer or tablet with the daily training.

Strength Basics is comprised of five training days per week and two rest days. The training week consists of two mandatory days, two recommended days and one optional day. 
CROSSFIT OPEN CLASSES

The open classes are the core of our affiliate. They welcome the beginner to advanced or elite athlete. The variety in movements, time domains, loading, and repetitions throughout the weeks and months will give attendees a large, well rounded, base of fitness. Each class is run the same throughout the day. 



ONE ON ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

All of our coaches offer one on one sessions and can be contacted through the email listed on their bios. We all find benefit from some extra attention or if you would like to focus on specific movements these sessions will allow the time and attention necessary for quicker improvements.
