Crossfit Is Too Expensive

CROSSFIT IS TOO EXPENSIVE

I CAN'T AFFORD IT

CrossFit is too expensive, I can't afford it." or "I'm not paying that much for a gym membership." To put it bluntly, this is not a gym membership & you can afford it. Obviously price is a big factor when considering the purchase of anything today. Before you spend your hard earned money you have to decide if the product is of need & value to you. There is an old adage that is still true today, "You get what you pay for". If I go to a steakhouse and order a New York strip it's going to cost more than the sirloin. Our experience, quality of training & in depth knowledge of CrossFit warrants that. We don't & won't cut prices to match or beat competitors. If you are simply looking for the cheapest product then we will be happy to refer you to the most inexpensive facility in town. If you are serious about your fitness goals then you've come to the right place.

Good coaches & bad coaches. Let's face the facts, there are good & bad everything. The good CrossFit coaches are certified, experienced & understand the physical aspects of obtaining health and maintaining safety. Good coaches can even fend off the egos that cause over training or injury. Talk the talk & walk the walk. Come on, can you really take a coach seriously who isn't fit or can't run 100 meters without being winded. We've all heard the saying, "Those who can, do: those who can't teach." Around here we lead from the front. If we can't do it then we will not expect you to do it. These are just a few reasons that make CrossFit well worth it and cheaper than one on one personal training and a whole lot cheaper than being unhealthy.

For those of you who chime the injury claim in CrossFit here are some thoughts; All endeavors risk injury & reap it with poor technique. Watch a NFL football game or NBA basketball game. Do all the blown out ankles, knees, hamstrings, concussions, etc. from these 2 sports send a fury of people bashing football & basketball? Absolutely not! Why? Because these 2 sports are not viewed as extreme, difficult or threatening to the ego.
